Join us for an afternoon filled with inflatable obstacle courses, giant slides, a magician, crafts, cotton candy, photo booth, music, great food, and much more!
EVENT INFO:
WRISTBANDS are required to participate in the inflatables zone, photo booth, craft booth, and magic show.
The Drink Booth, Cotton Candy Booth, and Face Painting Booth require the purchase of TREAT TICKETS either during the Pre-Sale Period for a discount or on site at the Ticket Booth for full price on the day of the event.
Food vendors will be available on site during the event from which food can be purchased separately and paid directly to the vendors (TREAT TICKETS will NOT apply to food vendors).

INFLATABLES ZONE
Inflatable mega-slide and obstacle course will be available on the Grass Field. Each participant must be properly wearing a wristband and present it when entering the inflatables zone. All participants must adhere to the rules set forth by the inflatables operator(s). Wristbands allow for unlimited access to the inflatables zone for the entire event.
PHOTO BOOTH
Capture new memories with friends and family at our Photo Booth! Wristbands allow for unlimited access to the Photo Booth for the entire event.
CRAFT BOOTH
Join us at the Craft Booth to create memorable souvenirs. Choose from sand art, designing a kite, and other fun creations.
MAGIC SHOW
We will have a magician on site to dazzle our guests with a wonderful Magic Show! Each show will be about 30 minutes long. More info to come!
DRINK BOOTH
Our 5th grade classes will be selling a variety of drinks at our 5th Grade Drink Booth. Each drink will cost one (1) Treat Ticket. Net proceeds from drink sales will benefit our current 5th graders (Class of 2027) to help fund their 6th grade activities and promotion ceremony next school year.
***All drink offerings will be available while supplies last.***
COTTON CANDY BOOTH
Enjoy some fluffy, freshly spun cotton candy that melts in your mouth! One cotton candy will cost two (2) Treat Tickets.
FACE PAINTING BOOTH
Get into the festive spirit by having your face painted! One face painting session will cost two (2) Treat Tickets.
***No cash or credit card payments will be accepted at the Drink Booth, Cotton Candy Booth, or Face Painting Booth. Only Treat Tickets may be used to purchase items at these booths.***
FOOD VENDORS
There will be food vendors on site during the event for additional food options. Food vendor items are to be paid for directly to each food vendor (Treat Tickets do NOT apply). Cash and/or credit card payments will be accepted -- acceptable payment methods will be determined by each individual food vendor. ***All food offerings will be available while supplies last.***

PARKING
Parking will be available anywhere along the adjacent streets around the school in the College Park neighborhood. Please DO NOT park in red zones, in fire lanes, or blocking the driveways of any residential homes. Make sure NOT to park in drop-off zones during certain times as posted along the street. Staff parking lot will be open only AFTER 2:45pm on the day of the event. If you live within walking distance, please consider walking to campus safely with your family and/or friends to avoid parking issues.

What are WRISTBANDS and how do they work?
WRISTBANDS are for guests to use for unlimited play at any of our attractions like the inflatables, photo booth, craft booth, and magic show. Wristbands must be worn properly and intact to participate in any of these games and attractions.
What are TREAT TICKETS and how do they work?
TREAT TICKETS can be used for purchases from the Drink Booth, Cotton Candy Booth, and Face Painting Booth. Treat Tickets are separate from the Food Vendors from which you can purchase specialty foods and desserts directly from these vendors. See the Drink Booth, Cotton Candy Booth, and Face Painting Booth sections above for more info on how many Treat Tickets it costs to purchase from these booths.
How do I purchase Wristbands and/or Treat Tickets?
Wristbands and Treat Tickets can be purchased early online during the Pre-Sale Period at discounted prices. After the Pre-Sale Period, Wristbands and Treat Tickets will only be available to purchase in-person at the Ticket Booth on the day of the event at regular full prices. How will I receive my Pre-Sale Wristbands and Treat Tickets once I order them online?
Upon submitting your Pre-Sale order online, you will be asked to designate a student to whom we will deliver the Pre-Sale orders in class on Wednesday, April 22nd. You will need to enter that student's first name, last name, and teacher name.
Do I have to purchase a Wristband or Treat Tickets?
Not at all! You can simply come to the event to walk around and enjoy the fun music and atmosphere. However, you will NOT be able to participate in attractions. Wristbands are available to purchase separately for $20 during the event at the Ticket Booth.
Can I use Treat Tickets to purchase items from the Food Vendors?
No, Treat Tickets can only be used for items at the Drink Booth, Cotton Candy Booth, and Face Painting Booth. Food Vendors will take cash or credit card directly on the day of the event. See the Food Vendor section above for more info about food offerings and payment methods available for each vendor.
Do I have to stay the whole time?
Nope, you can come and go as you please, anytime during the event from 2:30pm-5:30pm that day.
Can I bring friends and family who are not part of College Park Elementary?
Yes, absolutely! Although the Family Fun Inflatables Day is hosted by College Park PTA and caters to our College Park school families, we welcome friends and families from anywhere who want to visit and participate. Many of our College Park alumni love to come back to join in on the fun. Come one, come all!
Will there be security on site?
We will have a security team comprised of volunteers on site during the event.
What happens if I forget to bring my Pre-Sale Wristband or Treat Tickets to school on the day of the event?
All sales of Wristbands and Treat Tickets are final. Any lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten Wristbands or Treat Tickets will not be replaced. You would need to purchase a new Wristband and/or Treat Tickets in any of those situations. So, please make sure you remember to bring your Pre-Sale Wristbands and Treat Tickets to the event!
Can I opt to have Pre-Sale Wristbands and Treat Tickets picked up directly from school instead of being sent home with my child?
Pre-Sale Wristbands and Treat Tickets will be sent home with your designated child on Wednesday, April 22nd. Please email collegeparkirvinepta@gmail.com if you have any concerns regarding the delivery of your Pre-Sale Wristbands and Treat Tickets.
What should we wear to the event?
Please come to the event in comfortable attire that follows our school’s dress code policy.
Do I need to supervise my child at the event?
Since Family Fun Inflatables Day is taking place outside of school hours, all children need to be supervised by their own parent, guardian, or designated responsible caregiver as you would any public place.
Are animals/pets allowed at the event?
As much as we love our pets, please refrain from bringing animals/pets to the Family Fun Inflatables Day event. Service animals are allowed.
What happens if my Wristband or Treat Tickets are damaged or lost during the event?
All sales of Wristbands and Treat Tickets are final. Any lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten Wristbands and Treat Tickets will not be replaced. You would need to purchase a new Wristband and/or Treat Tickets in any of those situations.
Can I bring outside food and drinks to the event?
You’re welcome to bring outside food and drinks to the event, but we’d greatly appreciate your support by purchasing food and/or drinks from our own booths and vendors!
Are refunds allowed for Wristbands and Treat Tickets?
We’re sorry — NO refunds of Wristbands and Treat Tickets. All sales are final.
I already ordered Wristbands and/or Treat Tickets for my family online, but now I want to make an additional purchase. Can I do that? The form says to place only one order per family.
Yes, you may place a separate order for additional Wristbands and/or Treat Tickets if you need to. We just ask each family to try to purchase all at once to help streamline the sorting and distribution process that our PTA volunteers will be doing behind-the-scenes. Thank you for your understanding!
