In honor of College Park Elementary's 50th Anniversary, we are bringing back a special
SILENT AUCTION

3:00pm-5:30pm
College Park Music Room
(adjacent to the Multi-Purpose Room - MPR)
Come to the MPR and Music Room during our 50th Anniversary Celebration on Friday, April 25th and participate in our SILENT AUCTION!

Silent Auction Guidelines:

Auction is open from 3:00-5:30pm.

Location of Silent Auction will be held in the Music Room of College Park, adjacent to the MPR.

Starting bid and increase bidding amounts will be listed on bid sheets in front of each auction item.

Complete the bid sheet with your name, and phone number next to the current top bid.

Top bid will be chosen as the winner for each item. The winner will be contacted via text at 5:30pm same-day and announced at 5:45pm by the DJ.

Winners will be asked to meet at the Ticket Booth to have payment processed.

Same-day payment must be collected and processed by closing of event no later than 6:00pm on 4/25/2025. Prize can be collected by winner immediately thereafter, on site.

Accepted forms of payment: cash, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Please present a picture ID at time of payment.

Winner has until 3:00pm on Monday, 4/28/2025 to claim and make payment for item. If winner has not done this, the prize will be given to the next highest bidder. Please contact Ruth Freund to make arrangements: ruthrodriguez412@gmail.com
